That’s why I offer two distinct paths to get started with life coaching, each designed to meet you where you are in your quest for personal growth. Whether you’re still exploring the impact life coaching can have on your life or are ready to dive head-first into one-on-one coaching, there’s a path that’s just right for you. Health & Life Coaching (15 Min. Sessions /week)
Path A offers a practical approach to health & life coaching, perfect for those looking for quick results with low commitment. Each week, you’ll have a 15-minute check-in call. This call keeps you focused on your goals and accountable for your progress. During the call, you’ll discuss any challenges faced and how to overcome them, as well as strategies for improvement. You will receive a “movement menu,” personalized 7-day meal menu, and an accompanying grocery shopping list built with your menu and food preferences in mind.
Health & Life Coaching (Up to 1 hour /week)
Path B is all about a deeper, more personalized coaching experience, offering up to an hour of Hanna’s expert guidance each week. This package includes everything in Path A, plus the option for in-person walking sessions, recurring Zoom meetings, and in-person meetings, with a heavy focus on life coaching while also addressing health. It’s ideal for those ready to invest in both physical and mental health education, with an emphasis on goal setting and personalized accountability coaching.
